Pythons, like the Picknicking Painters prefer to be curled in a heated box.
This week the heated box was Carla’s wonderful mountain retreat. Some tackled the wilds and the winds on Jacko’s track through the rainforest. Little Reiko Riding Hood flashed red against the base of immense bendable cabbage palms. After a bit of sketching, coffee-drinking and general gabble, Carla shared her love of reptiles and let us sneak a peak of a beautiful diamond python curled in the red glow, breathing slowly and recovering with gentle nurturing.
Once again no paint, oil is unweildly in winter but we are glimpsing each others interiors and admiring the diversity in our initimate group.
