Clutching at Feathers

We read each bird from it’s air-written scrawl.

Birds and books. Pages and feathers. This is a special sketch book. The first coptic book I bound myself so it was obvious what I wanted to fill it with -bird stuff. It has drawings, feathers, poems and snippets.  Fables from Aesop.  Beautiful words from Yeats and Judith Wright.

  1. Paint later, what a beautiful book. I’m glad to think Judith Wright has a home in it. I’ve drawn inspiration from her before too. Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier today – nice to discover yours as a result!
